主要职责:
1.组织调研公司现阶段及中长期人力资源需求及外部供给情况,制定人力资源政策及规划,并推动实施,确保人力资源的整体状况能够满足公司战略发展需要。
2.组织制定及完善公司的招聘体系、薪酬及福利体系、激励与约束机制、绩效考核体系、培训体系，并推动实施。
3.根据公司发展变化的情况,提出公司各业务系统组织结构、职位设置的调整建议。
4.根据人才市场供需情况,对公司高层管理人员、核心人员的聘用、调配、解聘、职位等级和报酬待遇提出建议。
5.跟踪研究职位及人员变化情况,拟订公司人员编制计划,控制人力资源成本。
6.制订公司企业文化的推进计划,并推动、监督实施，确保推进企业文化建设与企业核心价值观的一致，为公司的长远发展提供人力资源保障。
7.培养本职位接班人,提名人力资源管理干部,建设人力资源管理干部队伍。

任职资格：
1. 企业管理、心理学、人力资源管理专业硕士以上学历或MBA；
2. 五年以上大中型投资、咨询类企业相关工作经验、其中至少有3年以上的人力资源管理经验；
2. 熟悉现代企业管理模式，主持过大型公司经营管理或行政管理，具备丰富的人力资源理论知识及全面人力资源管理的实践经验,对人力资源管理有独到见解,具备人力资源战略开发经验；
3. 知识素养高、知识面广、知识结构全面；
4. 具备良好的沟通与协调技巧,善于处理各种人际关系,具有领导并培育团队、激励和约束团队的能力；
6. 优秀的中英文表达能力；
7. 具备良好的职业操守，强烈的责任心和事业心，以及正直与诚实的美德；
8. 男士优先
